The N.P.R College of Engineering Technology, Training cum Placement Cell is actively involves in uplifting the students career by giving training in different areas like Aptitude, Numerical Ability, Group Discussion and Technical facts. And also it makes the student to be confident by organizing programmes like personality development, and communication skills & career planning to face the competitive world in getting satisfied jobs and for preferable higher studies for them.
Both internal and external training are giving to the final year students. In the internal training, the efficient placement coordinator and in-charges giving training in classroom interaction, group discussion and conducts mock interviews to augment their skills. In the external training highly experienced and qualified resource persons are invited to train the students.
Placement cell concentrate on both off and on campus recruitment. It also offers placement assistance for the passed out students also.

- Special communication skill classes from the First year onwards.
- Three spacious seminar halls with hi-tech audio-video facilities to accommodate 300 students in each.
- Sufficient number of halls to conduct interviews and group discussion
- Examination halls to conduct written test
- Full fledged computer laboratories to organize online examinations
- An Air-conditioned and fully furnished Guest Room and model restaurant.
